What’s the implementation process like?
Getting started with Duuoo is as easy as starting a free trial. When you do so, we’ll get you set up on an actual account and you’ll have access to the full functionality of the platform while adding as many users as you’d like. After 30 days, if you’d like to seamlessly transition to a paid subscription, you can simply add a credit card or, if you opt for a longer-term contract, we’ll invoice you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Monthly subscriptions can be paid via any major credit card. For annual contracts, we issue an invoice payable by check or bank transfer.
Do you offer special pricing for nonprofit organizations?
We do! In fact, we offer a 25% discount to qualifying nonprofits and educational institutions. Reach out to us to find out if you qualify.
If we add new users to our team, how will that be billed?
If you’re using Duuoo on monthly subscription, then we’ll simply charge you for the amount of active users on our account at the start of each month. For accounts billed annually, we’ll invoice you for the added users, prorated to reflect the amount of time left on your contract.
